SALES POLICY

Refund policy: 

 

I delight myself on providing my clients with exceptional services and excellent customer care. With that being said my time is Non Refundable & I do not issue refunds. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received please notify me within 2 days of your service. I do require that you return to me so your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, i will make every effort to make any adjustments. Adjustments are made available at no cost only within the 2 days of your previous service. Any time after then I will assume you are pleased with the service you have received and you’ll loose any complimentary adjustment opportunities. 

Tardiness/Cancellations/No Shows:

 

Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. Any No shows, Last Minute Cancellations, or Tardiness 10 minutes or more after your booked appointment will result in a charge. 

Tardiness:
You'll have a 5-10 min grace period. After the time has passed if not notified within that time frame that you will be late you will immediately be rescheduled. If you happen to not show up without notifying you will then be charged 50% of your service; which will result in a deposit for future appointments or no further bookings in the future. 

Cancellations:
If you absolutely MUST cancel Please give at least a 3-24 hour notice in advance. if cancellation is less than required notification time the end result will be 50% of your service or $20 cancellation fee with valid reasoning. 

No Shows: 
If you completely miss your appointment without any notification 50% of your service will be charged & future appointments will have to be prepaid in FULL to hold appointment.
